Maintaining
a healthy diet plan, practising asanas, exercising, etc. are some
things that you have to practise regularly. Gyms and instructors have
one aim where they just want their customers and trainees to stay fit
and healthy due to which they use every motivational scheme possible
and that is what trainers also follow. Similarly, even when it is
about instructing a trainee while exercising requires expert help
where the trainer has to be perfect in the postures and exercises
that they teach to their trainees. There is only one way to achieve

than us.
